How Squalo handles refunds and credit restoration for one-time and subscription purchases.

One-Time Purchases
If an evaluation fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically restored or a refund can be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles and does not retroactively refund already billed periods, unless required by law.
